Learn how to cook like a pro with your dynamic duo of our very own Chef Mike and Tasting Room Manager Jacquelyn Ziegler.
This month’s Cooking class will teach you how to make pasta. Each person or couple will make their own dough and go home with some noodles at the end of the evening. You will also make a refreshing salad with Chef Mike to enjoy later in the evening. After the salad prep we will cook up an array of ingredients for each person to choose and add to their pasta. To top things off Chef Mike will have a panna cotta for dessert. Once it’s time to eat we will have some delicious estate wines to pair with your culinary creation. Each person/couple will head home with a gift bag containing recipes from the evening, homemade pasta and a bottle of our estate Verjus.
