Join us here at Left Coast for Yoga with instructor Bobby, owner of Riverfront Yoga in Independence, February 15th at 11am. Bobby brings over 12 years experience not only in yoga but also mixing it up with his martial arts background. Bobby joins traditional yoga learned from his extensive travels to exotic places with his own unique mixture focusing on breathing, flowing movement and ultimately greater relaxation. Your ticket is good for an hour of yoga and 1 glass of wine after class. Our kitchen with our amazing pizza, soup and other food offerings will be open for purchase also.
